Pink August-September Issue

Hi Pinketeers! The latest issue of Pink is now out in the newsstands! For the months of August and September, we've got Pink's very first cover girl Heart Evangelista with cutie Geoff Eigenmann. The two are the hosts of CloseUp To Fame, the search for the next CloseUp couple so we've got a lot of cute couples in our pages in this issue. We've got loads of the good stuff for you this issue so grab a copy of Pink and tell us what you think!

    Finally I bought a copy na! And it is soooooo great! I wish I could win the juicy tubes! I love the denim, actually I love all that is feature there! And the cute room make-over really rocks, It is so cool! how I wish my room will be given the same treatment! eheheheehhe!

    Yup! i got the aug-sept issue,It was my 3rd issue, First, i got carla humpries. Second, iya villania,pink really improved. i like the design of the cover and the cover girl and boy. They're cool,good-loookind and really rocked your mag. The only downside pls dont include fragile-looking girls there in bonding seesions, it so akward it makes the mag fan of maarteng babae , it reflects, pls eliminate the models with average looking and looks jologs. promise it's not good!!!

    Believe it or not, this Aug-Sep ish is my very first copy of Pink mag. And you know what? I'm lovin' it. I thought it's basically just for teens but I'm already 21 ... I thought it would be awkward to get Pink ... but well, it's very much worth it! I'm lovin' the denims there, esp. the bermuda shorts! I might grab myself one and share with you guys some photos hehe. Guess I'm never too old for fashion lah! (^_^) More power to Pink! I'll check out the future issues then hehe. --- CAI

    The CloseUp people took care of that shoot so they were the ones who found the dress for Heart. Don't worry though. There are a lot of boho dresses from your favorite shops and some of the stores we feature.

    Hope you'll pick up a copy of Pink! Thanks for all your comments, too.

    Pink does not actively seek out fragile-looking girls for its bonding sessions. We just pick out barkadas who are Pink readers. We also think they're pretty tough girls with grit and determination to pursue what they want.

    As for the models, Pink offers a cross-section of those that represent our subsribers. Its really up to one's judgement or perception about what they think about them.

    I started collecting Pink only this June, when I entered college. I love it, though.:)

    I love the fact that you use models who aren't stick thin or super tall (I think). You empower girls with every issue.:)

    Thanks for your vote of confidence in our models! Not everyone is blessed with perfect proportions so it's only logical that we feature girls of different builts, sizes and even skin tone.

    Try to attend one of workshops so you can meet up with other Pink readers. You can also get a feel about what we look for from a creative standpoint.

    Yup, Heart and Geoff are gorgeous and picture perfect as always.

    We'll think of a Rica Peralejo and Anne Curtis feature in the future. In the meantime, you might want to catch them in the pages of Metro, Chalk and StarStudio.

    Pink is a magazine for every type of girl so we try to put in stuff that our eclectic readers like. Some of the people we feature might seem awkward but believe us when we say we've all been there.

    PS. Maja's a nice girl. The Pink crew spent an afternoon with her and she's as funny and kulit as the rest of us (if not more gregarious :)

    the fashion section was really great. the clothes are to die for... the-aug sept. issue was my 2d pink mag it really improved a lot. the features sections need a little polish. never the less, the improvement of the mag was so much faster and better compared to other teen mags. i'll be looking forward to your next issue.
